Where do you start? How many different angles are involved? Here again there is no set formula, but the following areas should be addressed to some degree depending upon the nature of the idea being analyzed and the proposed scope and budget for the study: Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory (including Reimbursement), Patent, Design, Manufacturing and Organizational. Although this article is not meant to dive into each area in depth, it does help to touch on each one in order to understand what is involved
